This Privacy Policy describes how Hammer End (the "app"), released by popsytlim.com, processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Hammer End neither gathers, stores nor transmits personal data to popsytlim.com or any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts, includes no analytics, and does not incorporate third‑party crash reporting services.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and contains no advertising SDKs or external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise share personal data.

All information saved by the app remains on your device, does not leave the device, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services directly. Google Play and Android operate according to their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because the app does not collect data, deletion simply means uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use the content of your message solely to provide a reply.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. No system can guarantee absolute security, therefore we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.

Should this policy be revised, the updated version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
